HN is opposed to any upgrades, but maybe a small LLM integration that checks to see if a story is political would be helpful. Since political stuff is supposed to be banned anyway.

It doesn't show as [flagged] for me, but IMO it should be. I don't see it as something that's really appropriate for HN.

That's not currently flagged from my pov.
The mods do not censor content, this is anonymous users deciding to flag the content.
It's obvious why it would get flagged and/or squashed. It's a subject which has deaths associated on both sides.
